Veteran Homeowner Benefits

In honor of Veterans Day, I wanted to share two benefits for veteran homeowners.

The first is the VA loan. The VA loan has many advantages with the most well-known is that no down payment from the buyer is needed. The VA loan is a lifetime benefit and can be used multiple times.

United States military veterans with a 100% VA disability or unemployability rating due to a service-connected injury or the unmarried surviving spouse, may be eligible for property tax savings on their primary residence. It is a one-time filing, as long as it remains your primary residence.
