A report from the Pew Research Center states that parents moved in with their grown children in 15% of multi-generational homes in 2021. They also reported that two-thirds of adult children expect to help their aging parents relocate.

In May, North San Diego saw a slight uptick in median sales price, but with more homes on the market for buyers to choose from at different price points.
